EMS Education Management System ( EMS Pin )

 

      The Vision of the EMS Pin Education System is not just to cluster the membership in terms of level but it is more of recognizing the competency and skills of the members. It should be reasonable to all the members that the level will and should never be used to classify members.

There are 5 Major pins in EMS education system. To reach a particular Ranking Pin, you have to complete all the basic trainings of that Major Pin. EMS skills Pin can be taken in any order.

The ranking on the other hand is organized, the EMS 5 Major Pins significantly should be EMS Trekker to go to EMS Junior Mountaineer and EMS JM to go to EMS Senior Mountaineer and EMS SM to go to EMS Trailblazer and Trailblazer to go to EMS Elite.
